Elemental Installation error

Hello, i have recently purchased a copy of Elemental: War of Magic, and i get 100% through the installation and it comes to an error and stops the installation. My comp says i haven't installed the game and in impulse it says the same, but when i check the directory of where i installed it to, its there and i can access it, but it won't patch so its not the full experience. I was hoping there's a work around to stop this error, because i haven't got a very capable internet connection to download the game myself. After clicking ok on the error it goes to installer which says "The InstallAware Wizard for Elemental: War of Magic has failed: 'Fatal error durinf installation'. Please check your settings and try again".
